Monsoon picks up pace in UP, warning of heavy rain in 50 districts including Lucknow from tomorrow

Monsoon started in Sawan, but after a day or two of rain, there was a break. Due to the lack of rain in most of the districts of the state, people are troubled by the heat. According to the Meteorological Department, there are signs of rain in about 50 districts including Lucknow from Thursday. However, some districts may have to wait longer.
Talking about the capital, there has been a movement of clouds in the sky since Wednesday morning. During this, there was a rainy season many times, but the direction of the winds changed the direction. Let us inform you that light rain was recorded in Agra, Meerut, Bareilly, Orai, Basti, Sonbhadra, Ballia, Varanasi, Lakhimpur Kheri, Etawah, and Hardoi on Tuesday. The highest rainfall was received in Auraiya with 31 mm and Agra with 26.3 mm. However, good rains are expected in the above districts in the next two days. Farmers are also eagerly waiting for the rains.
Warning issued: In the forecast of the Meteorological Department, an alert has been issued for strong winds and heavy rain in Bijnor, Moradabad, Rampur, Bareilly, Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur, Lakhimpur Kheri, Sitapur, Shravasti, Bahraich, and Balrampur.
The yellow alert here: Apart from this in eastern Uttar Pradesh, western north including Maharajganj, Kushinagar, Deoria, Ballia, Ghazipur, Mau, Azamgarh, Jaunpur, Ambedkar Nagar, Sant Kabir Nagar, Amethi, Sultanpur, Ayodhya, Lucknow, Gonda, Basti, Gorakhpur, Siddharthnagar, Hardoi In the state, a yellow alert has been issued for moderate rain with strong winds and thunderstorm warnings in Badaun, Sambhal, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Baghpat, Muzaffarnagar, Saharanpur, Shamli and Bhimnagar. According to the earlier estimates, the torrential rains that started on July 28 will continue till July 30 across the state. Light to moderate and heavy rains have been predicted in different districts.
