Amrapali Gupta
Amrapali Gupta (Born December 19, 1988) is an Indian Television actress. She started her acting career with the serial Khushiyaan which was aired on Doordarshan and then she got famous for her role in Teen Bahuraniyan on the Zee TV channel. She has also worked in Pyaar Ke Do Naam - Ek Radha Ek Shyam, Vaidehi, and Mahadev.
Gupta is married to her co-star Yash Sinha from Teen Bahuraaniyaan on 28 November 2012. They have one son together.
Personal Life & Career
Amrapali is originally from Lucknow and used to do a lot of theatres there. She got married to actor Yash Sinha who was her longtime boyfriend, on November 24, 2012. Someone suggested her that she should try her luck in television, so she came to Mumbai. Her first show was Khushiyaan on DD1. Then followed Reth for Zee TV, as Arushi, a very positive character. Then came Pyaar Ke Do Naam, Ek Radha Ek Shyam for Star Plus, as Radha. After that, she was seen in Kabhie Toh Nazar Milao for UTV and lastly seen in teen Bahuraaniyan for Zee TV. She is well-known for her role as Bindiya in the TV serial Teen Bahuraniyan on the Zee TV channel. At the age of 18, Amrapali took to modeling and after modeling, she bagged a film. She always stood by her principles even if it meant losing out on a great film offer. It was after much struggle that she was able to bag such a plum role in Teen Bahuraniyan. In 2008, she took part in her first reality show Ek Se Badhkar Ek. She was also part of a music video Chatni Mix. Currently, she is very much in the news for her acting in the serial Qubool Hai as Tanveer.
